Pleasant Hill is a twenty-six acre horse farm in Milton, Georgia. The property has spacious cross-fenced paddocks for turn-out, open fields for riding, and a three acre spring fed pond.

A large, galloping size arena has all-weather footing, trench drains, and a sprinkler system to help control dust. The smaller covered arena also has a sprinkler system, skylights and carefully placed overhead lights. Both rings provide excellent year-round riding.

The main stable is a ten-stall Kentucky style barn appointed with finished wood and brass, gracious stalls with good circulation and sky lights, and convenient and easily accessible wash racks. The main stable also houses a large feed and laundry room. The smaller stable is a six stall shed-row structure with a broad overhang. Both barns have insulated tack rooms.
